Journey in Diet E-Book: – It is a digital e-book service that contains information that can help you lose weight by paying attention to what you eat. The book is only an additional book that can help your current diet. If you want the book to provide better benefit, it is recommended that you follow the book with the help of an expert dietitian.
Membership: – For the use of Journey in Diet E-Book, one-time payment is accepted. With a one-time payment, you can only access the e-book you purchased.
Payment information: – full username, credit / debit card number, CVV, card expiry date and other information you may need to pay for Journey in Diet E-Book.
Payment service provider: – Stripe/Payhere a financial institution, which processes payments for Journey in Diet E-Book.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

You are required to create an account on the Site for purchasing and usage of Journey in Diet E-Book. For the account creating you have to provide your email address, password and Payment information.

When placing the order for the Journey in Diet E-Book, you acknowledge and agree that you are 18 years of age or older.

Currency Conversions. Please note that the price of the Journey in Diet E-Book Membership is displayed to you in a default, in U.S. dollars (or EUR, if applicable), although the charge will be in a local currency.

Membership and billing procedure

There is a one-time payment system for Journey in Diet E-Book. Payment type is on the sales page. If you purchase the book with a one-time payment, you will only have access to the product titled 'Journey in Diet E-Book'.

To access to the Journey in Diet E-Book, you should place the order after an account registration.

While placing the order, you should complete the Payment Information.

Methods of payment.
We will accept any payments via all major debit/credit cards. Payment by any other means, such as check or wire transfer, requires explicit written consent, which shall be given in our sole discretion. To make a payment, you have to specify your Payment Information. Payment is made through Our Site by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). The Site is equipped with a secure online payment system enabling the You to encrypt the transmission of his bank data. Refunds and returns.
We warrant refunds in case you are not satisfied with the Journey in Diet E-Book for any reason. But this does not mean that refunds may be offered in all cases. Your eligibility for a refund may depend on how much time has passed since the transaction, etc. You have the right to refund your funds within 3 calendar days from the payment day.

The terms of this ToU shall be applied to any such Modification unless such Modification is accompanied by a separate license, in which case the terms of that license will be applied.

For Journey in Diet E-Book using it may be necessary an internet connection. The Company will not be responsible, if you are not able to get an access to the Journey in Diet E-Book due to problems with internet connection or its absences.

Term and Termination: The term of this License runs concurrently with the term of your membership plan, which is the period during which you are authorized to use the Journey in Diet E-Book. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice from the Company if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this ToU or your membership period expires.
